Harrison William Prescott Floyd is a Spring 2019 Max Kampelman Fellow at the U.S. Helsinki Commission. He works as a policy fellow focused on international law, the European Union, economic affairs, and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
Harrison is currently working on a master’s degree, in Legislative Affairs, at the George Washington University, in Washington D.C. He has also received a certificate in Finance Leadership from Yale University’s School of Management. Harrison has been lucky enough to experience American federalism at its many ascending levels, from interning in Congressman Doug Collin’s office on Capitol Hill, to the Young Leaders Program at the Heritage Foundation, and serving on the Advisory Board of the American Freedom Fund.
In his spare time, Harrison can likely be found socializing at the University Club of Washington D.C., watching a film with his Fiancée, or reading a good book.
