Camille J. Moore is a Policy Advisor with the U.S. Helsinki Commission and an Energy Fellow with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. She previously served as a Congressional staffer in the Office of Congressman Brown (MD-04), where she developed and wrote H.R. 3175, The HOMECOMING Act, which helps elevate the HBCU-DoD relationship, passed through the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act.
Camille is from Tuscaloosa, AL and a proud graduate of HBCU Oakwood University where she received a B.A. in International Relations. Her M.S. in Public Policy and Management is from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College.
Camille is also proficient in German thanks to her participation in the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange. Bringing experiences from the National League of Cities and the Obama Foundation, Camille joins the Helsinki Commission to cover issues of Economics and Environment as well as the Baltic States.
