WASHINGTON - Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS), Chairman of the United States Helsinki Commission, announced that the Commission will hold a hearing to investigate how the U.S. can best utilize the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in advancing the interests of the United States:
