Helsinki Commission Co-Chairman Cardin to Address Fighting Hate Speech on the Internet

Washington- Senator Benjamin L. Cardin (D-MD), Co-Chairman of the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (U.S. Helsinki Commission), will participate in a press conference hosted by the International Network Against Cyber-Hate (INACH) and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) entitled, " Fighting Online Hate: A Public-Private Partnership." The press conference will take place as experts on hate on the Internet gather in Washington for a Global Summit on Internet Hate Speech.
