Chairman Hastings on Confirmation of Ambassador Gilmore as U.S. Representative to the OSCE

WASHINGTON—Following yesterday's confirmation of Ambassador James S. Gilmore as the U.S. Representative to the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Helsinki Commission Chairman Rep. Alcee L. Hastings (FL-20) issued the following statement:
