Electoral Reforms in Russia

John Finerty from the Commission was joined by Richard Soudrette, representative of the International Federation for Electoral Systems, in leading a discussion on the possibility of reforming Russia's electoral system. Soudrette focused on the changes that were seen since the previous year's parliamentary elections and future prospects for change.
