Where:  U.S. Capitol Visitor Center, Orientation Theater North

When:  Tuesday, Nov. 16th at 5:00 pm

Sergei Magnitsky, who blew the whistle on a $230 million tax fraud involving senior Russian officials, died Nov. 16, 2009, in a Russian prison after being repeatedly denied medical treatment.
