(Washington) - The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe and the Congressional Ukrainian Caucus announce a cosponsored public briefing: High Stakes: Upcoming Presidential Elections in Ukraine Friday, October 15 2:00 p.m. Room 2200 Rayburn House Office Building Capitol Hill Washington, DC Open to Members, Staff the Press and Public Questions and answers to follow presentations Participating in the briefing will be:
